This patient underwent liposuction of the abdomen, waist, back, inner and anterior thighs with fat grafting to the hips and breasts. About 6 months later, she decided she wanted to have more volume in the breasts and buttocks. At this time, Dr. Walters performed a breast augmentation using 365cc SRF - full profile cohesive silicone implants, as well as liposuction of the abdomen, waist, back, knees, and inner thighs. He then performed the brazilian buttlift to give the patient a fuller, yet natural buttocks.
