This patient had tubular breasts and wanted her breasts to be more symmetrical. This patient underwent perieorelor mastopexy. Once the outer layer of excess skin was removed and the areola was repositioned, Dr. Walters then performed fat grafting to the breasts for natural shape, volume, and cleavage.
