This patient desired larger breasts and a flatter abdomen. Dr. Walters performed a low scar abdominoplasty which includes liposuction of the abdomen, waist, back, and inner thighs. The fat that was collected was then transplanted to the cleavage to help alleviate the appearance of stretch marks, as well as the hip thigh crease to create an authentic shape. Dr. Walters also used smooth round 375cc silicone implants for a natural look and feel. This patient is 3 months post op.
