Patient Details
This patient had saline implants. Dr. Walters first deflated her saline implants to allow skin to retract for a more predictable result. After two weeks, Dr. Walters performed an implant exchange with silicone implants, as well as mastopexy, and fat grafting to the breasts for symmetry. This patient has a beautiful result with more symmetrical and natural cleavage. This patient is 6 months post op.
