This patient previously had saline breast implants placed elsewhere which had to be removed due to complications from mastitis. Patient desired improvement of her breasts but did not want to undergo a breast lift. Dr. Walters performed a dual plane bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with a 450cc silicone SSF implant in her left breast and a 485cc silicone SSF implant in her right breast and is seen here at 3 months post op in these before and after photos.
