Patient Details
This patient had breast augmentation with another surgeon and was unhappy with her results. Dr. Walters first deflated her saline implants to allow the skin to retract for a more predictable result. Two weeks later he performed an implant exchange to silicone implants, as well as pocket repair, and fat grafting for symmetry. The patient has a beautiful result with more symmetry and natural cleavage.
