Patient Details
This patient previously had saline implant augmentation with a periareolar breast lift. The patient wanted to remove her implants and also lift her breasts. Dr. Walters first deflated her saline implants and about 6 weeks later performed implant removal with a breast lift and fat grafting to the cleavage.
