Deposit Policy & Appointment Notice

To help ensure we can accommodate all of our patients, we ask for your understanding of our deposit and cancellation policy:

Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, we’d be happy to apply your deposit to a new appointment if we receive at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a $75 fee.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure we can give each patient the time and attention they deserve.
As of January 1, 2026 all deposits made by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge. This surcharge does not apply to debit card transactions.

Consultation Fees

Injectable Consultation

A deposit of $150 is required, which can be applied toward your treatment if performed during your visit.

Skincare Consultation

A deposit of $75 is required, which can be applied to any products or treatment plans purchased during your visit.

Weight Management Consultation

A deposit of $150 is required and will be applied as your consultation fee on the day of your visit.
