This patient underwent a tummy tuck with liposuction of the abdomen, waist, and back with fat grafting to the hip/thigh crease. She also exchanged her 410cc saline implants for 350 high profile silicone implants with a full lift (mastopexy), as well as fat grafting to the cleavage.
